Royal Society Science Book Prize

The Remarkable of the Skin was shortlisted for the 2019 Royal Society Science Book Prize, one among five other titles. The Guardian has described the award as ‘the most prestigious science book prize in Britain’.

On awards night, Monty joined the other shortlisted authors and Professor Brian Cox for an entertaining and insightful panel discussion. The book was pipped to the post by the thoroughly deserving Invisible Women, by Caroline Criado Perez.
